LONDON HYPNOTHERAPY PROGRAM OUTLINE
First, we have a consultation session, with philosophical counselling and suggestions of ideas. Plus it's easier to relax to hypnosis when you've met the person... ie, me!
You outline the story so far. I give you the hypno perspective on it. What your brain or body is up to. Why. How dreaming cycles are involved. How your assumptions influence this.
Often, this is all you need, and the issue may go away by itself.
I'll ask you questions you may not have noticed before, about your dreaming, memory habits, daydreams, tiny details of a memory, or out of the corner of your eye. It's the structure of how you remember or experience an emotional thought that I'm interested in.
And we can look at your Life Design Plan. Get more success than just this issue! We'll align the outcome to be a metaphor for everything. A whole new philosophy. There are no contexts - if you're doing it in one place, you're doing it everywhere. Get on track.
If you don't have a plan: let's do one. Floating through life means you're not getting self-expression or cumulating satisfaction.
And we can take hypnotherapy sessions outside - to special surroundings and in nature. All locations are within Greater London.
You don't need magic or spiritual beliefs. I suggest ideas of looking at situations. But none of these need to be real. They're just ideas.
In the actual hypnosis, you don't need to talk, I'll lead you through what to do, and it's gorgeous to experience. Some hypnotherapists ask you to give a running commentary, that's clumsy - if you're deep in thought, then having to answer a question will snap out of your reverie. I'd rather you stayed with your thought and took it to it's bountiful conclusion.
You won't be dependent. Hypnotherapy breaks dependency. If you're addicted or obsessed or apprehensive, you're already in a trance. Hypnotherapy isn't about 'putting you into a trance'. It's about breaking the sabotaging ones you're already in. We'll get you back in control, quickly, calmly and on time. Sustainably. Most addictions and phobias are rehabilitated fully in one month of weekly sessions.
You're warmly invited to book as many further hypnotherapy sessions as you would like, to go as deep and as far as you want to explore.
Completing your treatments needn't be an end to treats. Pop in for a top-up. Indulge. Like the occasional taxi, massage or facial, you don't need to need it for it to do you good. Distilled dreaming is good for you.
